Rebirth in a State of Euphoria

A blurry vision, unfamiliar faces and a foreign place. That’s what she woke up to find herself to, she felt a great shift in the atmosphere around her, “at least it’s a good kind of change,” she thought. Lights shone all over the place, everyone around her seemed to be enjoying themselves and joking around with their friends and all she did was wander around through the crowd searching for something or someone. Her instincts are telling her that she will find something she always wished for, that the bad days won’t repeat itself and she will relive her life the way she always wanted. She will find grace through her pain and scars ,through her dark past and its aftermath , through loving herself. God ! It’s like a rebirth occurred and she is a new her. Up she went to an unknown destination yet she is so affirmative to find the unhidden. She is confident that she will love it, that she will be able to feel truly for the first time. No more lies, no more toxicity, it’s all ashes now. She opened the door to find herself smiling uncontrollably and the sensations running through her veins are indescribable. Then it started to rain and those drops of water seem to be the right element of her rebirth, as she found peace in those simple moments, just like how she fought through her way during chaos and traumas. The twinkling lights hang over her head seem to free her inner child, only then she just started to giggle and twirl around and all that’s on her mind is innocence, that was taken away from her by time. By the time it stopped raining, the sky became clearer and the bliss she was in seems to wear off. It’s ironic how a person can be so much at one time, she has her bold hidden side starting to come to the light, where as she is a child at heart, at least at some times. You can hear the beating of her heart, as this is the calm before the storm, it seems as if her mind is back to her vicious thoughts that yet are the right kind of fun to have. Her giggling is replaced with a smile that seems more like a smirk, yet it’s really the often moments of joy she seems to encounter these days. Everyday is a new adventure for her, as she explore more of herself and those around her. She doesn’t have an ego, yet she knows she can win wars now or at least stand her ground. She remains humble at heart and finds delight in the most uncomplicated moments she lives everyday. She finally found peace of mind in the rarest places and she found love for herself as it seemed impossible before and she can never be more grateful.
