John Doe: Vigilante — Movie Review
John Doe: Vigilante is not a movie for the dull minds, it's a thought-provoking masterpiece that poses itself as somewhat of an exposé about the flaws of the American justice system. Nevertheless, John Doe: Vigilante is more than just that, it's a recreation of the collective's reality.
A thriller about crime and karma, it shows that you really do reap what you sow. If a criminal commits a crime they might or might not get caught, and if they do get caught they don't always get the punishment that they deserve. This is what this movie sheds light upon. Over 2 dozens killed in cold blood by John Doe, but these people weren't normal people, these were killers, rapists, paedophiles, abusers of women; they were criminals of every case that the justice systems take lightly or neglect. If you go through life as a law-abiding citizen, you weren't on John Doe's list, however, if you escape without feeling any guilt or remorse, John Doe would find you and he would murder you.
The movie starts off with the trial of John Doe, with continuous flashbacks to the timeline of his crimes up to the final one and how he was caught. The jury's verdict, however, is what you need to find out when you watch the movie.
What do you think, though? Do criminals who escape the justice system or are treated gently by it deserve to be retried by an entity such as John Doe, or should the society just... let it go?

فيلم "John Doe: Vigilante" مش للعقول البهتانة، هو تحفة محفزة للتفكير بتطرح نفسها لحد ما كعرض عن عيوب نظام العدالة الأمريكى. ومع ذلك، هو مش كده و بس، لا ده بيصور واقع بنعيش و نتعايش معاه كلنا.
فيلم إثارة عن الجريمة والعدالة، بيوضح إن الواحد فعلا بيحصد اللى بيزرعوا؛ لو ارتكب المجرم جريمة ممكن يتقبض عليه أو لا، و لو اتقبض عليه مش دايمًا بيحصل على العقوبة اللى يستحقها. هو ده اللى الفيلم بيلقى الضوء عليه. مقتل أكتر من عشرين واحد بدم بارد على إيد جون دو، لكن الناس دول مكنوش ناس عادية، دول كانوا قتلة، مغتصبين، متحرشين جنسيا بالأطفال، معنفين للنساء، كانوا مجرمين فى قضايا من اللى بتتعامل معاها نظم العدالة بخفة. لو عشت حياتك كمواطن ملتزم بالقانون، فانت مكنتش على قايمة جون دو، لكن لو هربت من غير ما تحس بالذنب أو الندم، فجون دو هيلاقيك و هيقتلك.
بيبدأ الفيلم بمحاكمة جون دو، مع استمرار لقطات من الماضى من أول تسلسل الأحداث والجدول الزمني لجرايمه لحد النهاية، و ازاى اتقبض عليه، بس حكم هيئة المحلفين فى قضيته هو اللى انتم محتاجين تكتشفوه لما تتفرجوا على الفيلم.
انتم إيه رأيكم؟ تفتكروا المجرمين اللى بيهربوا من العدالة أو بياخدوا أحكام مخففة يستحقوا إعادة المحاكمة من كيانات زى جون دو، ولا المفروض المجتمع.....يعديها؟
