Overwhelmed, I was
In a state of utter awe
As the sun delicately rose
Creating a soft barrier between it and the ocean
Ocean waves softly brushing against one another,
Birds chirping
As I sat there, admiring the beauty of the start to a new day
With every memory of the past
Evaporating as the rays of the sun rays penetrate right through me
In warmth I stay
And in warmth I leave
